The undersigned, pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941 (Copyright Law), hereby authorizes DDDesign, with registered office at Via Durini 2, 20122 Milan, to use, publish, and distribute videos or audio materials depicting him/her for informational, promotional, and communication purposes related to the company’s events and activities. Such material may be disseminated through the official DDD Magazine in print and digital format, on the website
www.dddesign.design, on DDDesign’s official social media channels, as well as through newsletters, press releases, and other communication media associated with DDDesign.
The undersigned also authorizes the storage of the material in the company’s electronic archives, acknowledging that the publications will be used exclusively for institutional, promotional, and communication purposes. This authorization may be revoked at any time by written notice sent to
[email protected], in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you are informed that the personal data provided will be processed by DDDesign, as Data Controller, using paper-based and digital tools, in compliance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and confidentiality. The data, including any photographic or video portraits, will be used exclusively for purposes connected with participation in the event and related communication and promotional activities. The processing is based on the data subject’s consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
At any time, the data subject may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) and may revoke consent by contacting
